Where: St Cathrine’s Breakwater (East of the Island)

What: The Jersey triathlon club would like to welcome you all to a fun event on Wednesday July 1st at 18.00pm. This will take place at St Catherine’s breakwater which is at the east of the island. You can follow the coast out from St Helier and it is a nice bike ride (approx 8 miles).  We are going to put all the names in a pot and pick out teams of three. Each athlete will do a short swim, a short bike and a short run. We thought it would be fun to all race together and welcome you to a different part of Jersey. For example, you could have someone from Jersey, Isle of Wight and Åland together. There is a cafe at St Catherine’s serving meals and refreshments too. We hope that you will enjoy this.

Distances: Relay Triathlon

• Junior Course (50m Swim / 1k Bike / 500m Run) x 3 or 4 People
• Senior Course (250m Swim / 6k Bike /1.6k Run) x 3 or 4 People

Start Times: 18:00pm Registration /18:15pm Race Briefing /18:30pm Race Start

Travel Information (By Bike):  To cycle to the race from St Helier you can join us in a group and travel together. Departure time is 17:15pm from the grassy transition area that was used for the Island Games event (next to La Frigate Cafe – upside down boat). The cycle will be approx 30-45mins easy cycle.

Travel Information (By Car): There is plenty of car parking available at St Catherine’s breakwater

Team Information: Teams will be allocated at registration, so just turn up and we will allocate teams at registration.
