COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Relay (3 people): 3x250m swim THEN 3x6km cycle THEN 3×1.6km run
OR
Sprint: 750m swim THEN 18km cycle THEN 4.8km run

All entrants under 18 will require parental consent on the day. The relay events are open to
11 or over, all other competitors must be 15 or over. All ages are as at 31 December 2015.

TRANSITION: Le Braye Car Park

SWIM: 3*250m (Relay) or 750m (Sprint)

CYCLE: 3*6k or 18k (3 laps of 6k)

RUN: 3 laps of an 1600m out and back course around El Tico (leaving along the beach wall and returning along the roadside footpath),
