We are holding the 2015 AGM on November 3 at 7pm in the Le Hocq Suite at the Radisson Hotel.  It has been an amazing year, with many highlights and achievements and the AGM is the opportunity to look back at some of these and also consider what is needed moving forward to maintain progress.

I know there have been some pretty impressive performances off island, and as has been the case in previous years I think it is good form to share these – if you have raced off island this year, please let me know when, where and how you did no later than Saturday please!

If anyone is interested in joining the Committe please let me know.  We aren’t admin heavy, we rely on Simon for detail and it’s great to be part of a team that ‘get stuff done’ – shout if you are interested.

I am happy to include items from club members if there is anything you would like an update, or a ‘club position’ on, just let me know.

One agenda item, will be Committee composition and roles and responsibilities and I would ask all club members to consider whether they can contribute here – it certainly doesn’t mean being consumed in red tape and meetings…we need people who can make positive change in line with the vision of the club.   If interested, please let me know and more info to follow.
