Ana Leaf St Brelade Aquabike (note location change from Le Braye)
***IMPORTANT UPDATE TO SUNDAY’S RACE***
Due to the forecast for swell on St Ouen’s beach, the Race Committee have taken the decision to move the location of this Sunday’s race from La Braye to St Brelade’s – all other timings will remain the same.

NB: This race will be structured as a Time Trial. Rather than a mass start, competitors will be set off at short intervals and their finish time adjusted accordingly.

When: Sunday 23 July 2017, collect race numbers from 06:45, briefing 07:20, Start 07:30

Marshals: Chris Dorey, George Lumley, Steve Ahier, Mike Day, Tomek Wolski, Corinna Steer and Claire Wilson – we need at least one more please.
Swim: Code green (wetsuits optional)
*New – Traffic Light Race Status*
The Race Committee are also trialing a traffic light system for events containing a swim component (thank you Mark and the Guernsey Tri Club)
Green: Subject to a final review on the morning, the swim is virtually certain to go ahead.
Orange: The conditions mean the swim is in doubt and may be amended or cancelled.
Red: The swim will be cancelled and a contingency will be enacted shortly.
We will attempt to incorporate guidance on the use of wetsuits in the above – feedback welcomed.
