What: Sprint Distance Triathlon. 750M Swim, 21Km Bike, 5Km Run.

Who: Anyone 15 or above on 31st Dec 2019.

Equipment Needed: Competitors require only a wetsuit, brightly coloured swim hat, goggles, a road worthy bike, a helmet and attire suitable for running and cycling.
