Start Times: Seniors at 07:30, TS3&2 at 07:45, TS1 at 7:57 (after all TS3&2 on bike) and TSS at 9:30

Briefing Times: Seniors at 07:20, TS3&2 at 07:35, TS1 at 7:50 and TSS at 9:20

Who: Anyone 7 or above on 31 December 2019

Equipment: Competitors require only a road worthy bike, a helmet and attire suitable for running and cycling. A small part of the run course is on a trail, please consider this when choosing your shoes. The event is non-drafting, so TT bars and disc wheels are allowed.

Distances: Run/Bike/Run Seniors: 5km/20km/2.5km; TS3: 1.8km/7.5km/450m; TS2: 1.8km/5km/450m; TS1: 900m/2.5km/450m; TSS: 300m/900m/300m.
