The third race of 2016 in the Duathlon series will be at St Catherine’s. Last year we tried to route the run through St Catherine’s woods but due to adverse weather conditions, we reverted to the Gibraltar loop. We will apply the same precautions this year and hope to run through the woods!

Course:
6.5k run/22k bike/2.5k run (also offering a 2k run/11k bike/0.8k run)
The 1st run will hopefully be through the woods; the bike leg will be two loops from St Catherine’s to Gorey Village & back, with a final 2k run around St Catherine’s up & down the breakwater.

Open to those aged 13 or over on 31 December 2016 (demonstrated competence racing on open roads and parental consent required if under 18).
