Event: Ana Leaf Duathlon Series 2018 – Race 1 Les Platons

Location: Les Platons Car Park.

Date:  25 February 2018

Start Time: 07:30 (Registration open from 06:45, Briefing at 07:20)

Cost: Free for Jersey Tri Club members, £12 individual entry, £24 Relay team.

Course Description: A 5km run followed by a 22km bike followed by a 2.5km run

RUN 5KM (1 lap)

From Transition runners will turn left onto La Rue des Platons, bearing left onto La Vielle Charriere and then downhill to turn right onto La Rue de l’Epine, right onto La Rue Du Tas De Geon which then becomes Les Rue des Platons and  into transition.

BIKE 22KM (5 laps)

Turn right out of transition onto Les Rue des Platons.  Turn left onto La Rue Du Betchet.  Turn left onto La Route D’Ebenezer.  Turn left at the monument onto La Rue Du Tas De Geon.  Continue as the road turns left onto La Rue des Platons and EITHER continue for laps 2, 3, 4 and 5 OR turn right into transition.

RUN 2.5KM (1 lap out and back)

Turn right out of transition and follow the bike course but instead of turning left onto La Rue Du Betchet, continue on Mont Mado.  Dead turn at 1.25k and then back to Transition to finish.
