As previously mentioned, Nick Saunders and Andy Brodziak are running a training ‘weekend’ on Fiday 24th & Saturday 25th January. Lots of you have been asking about training so I suspect this will be well subscribed.
Final details will be shared once we have made some further arrangements in the next few days, but the Friday evening and Saturday morning will look roughly as outlined below:
Friday
Swim session. Haute Vallee from 8-9pm. Turn up @745pm.
Saturday
Run / Bike / Brick / Transition / Talk. FB Fields from 9am – 2pm latest. Turn up @ 9am.
This is a fantastic opportunity to hear from and work with 2 professional coaches and ex pro athletes, the club are passing on a tiny fee of £10 per person to include all the sessions.
