Welcome to the Jersey Triathlon Club website

The Jersey Triathlon Club is amongst the first formed in the UK (1985). We select a varied programme of races, including Aquathlon, Duathlon and Triathlon covering a multitude of distances for our club race calendar, culminating in the club’s main event, the Jersey Olympic Distance Triathlon.

New members are always welcome from novices to more seasoned triathletes. The best way to get started is to contact the club at info@jerseytriclub.com. For the race season we have a number of Duathlons, Aquathlons and various distance Triathlons as well as an entry level Novice Triathlon.

Jersey Triathlon Club also has an active youth section with 50 plus juniors taking part in Duathlon, Aquathlon and Triathlon races.

  1. Hello

I am hoping to compete in my first triathlon i njersey in June. I am interested in taking part in the Dualathons beforehand as part of my training. How do I go about registering for these? Also I am hopless with directions so are the routes marked out? I have a fear of getting lost if I am on my own!!

    Thanks

    Kay Griffin

  2. Hi Kay. Thanks for your comment. Duathlons are a great way to prepare for a Triathlon. A full list of our club duathlons are listed on this web site under the ‘Event Calendar’ menu. To register for a duathlon you just need to arrive on race morning at the race registration. Normally about 1hr before the start. You sign up, pay a race fee (if you are not a club member) and you are given a race number. You then will be given a race briefing – directions, safety instructions etc. On the race course there will be various signs and arrows to indicate to you the route to take, plus there will be volunteer saftey marshalls around the course to help too. So don’t worry about getting lost. We will add more race information to each duathlon race on the Event Calendar soon. Drop us a line at info@jerseytriclub.com if you need anymore information or are interested in becoming a member. Good luck with your training.
