Sunday 13 July, Triathlon Relay/Sprint (register by 07:00, start 07:30)
Long Beach Car Park, Gorey (Members: Free, Non-members £10)
Relay (3 people): 3x250m swim THEN 3x6km cycle THEN 3×1.6km run
OR
Sprint: 750m swim THEN 18km cycle THEN 4.8km run
All entrants under 18 will require parental consent on the day. The relay is open to 11 or over, all other competitors must be 15 or over. All ages are as at 31 December 2014.
