750m Swim /22km Bike / 5km Run

Non-drafting race.

Meet at St Catherine’s slipway.

There will also be a super sprint option:

375m swim / 11km Bike / 2.5km Run

Free for members, £10 for non-members.

  1. I wish to take part in this event and live at the top of grouville hill. I am trying to become familiar with the cycle route but when I click on the Google Map above, the route given using arrows does not seem to make sense ( to me). Could you please explain the route so that I get it right on the day? Kind regards, Col

  2. The route goes from St Catherine’s to Gorey Village along the coast with a dead turn at the ice-cream van and back again, around St Catherine’s rock. The sprint is two laps, the super sprint is one.
