Prefer Swim, Bike or Run? Tough Question I dislike them all the same haha. But if I had to chose one it would be Swimming.
Average hours you train per week? In the winter I normally train anywhere from 15 – 25 hours a week. In the race season however my training drops to around 10 – 15 hours.
What bike(s) do you ride? I’m all about Felt for training in winter my heavy Felt F95. For races I use my super awesome Felt AR5.
Favourite pre-race meal? Pizza or Chicken.
Favourite sports person? Alistair and Jonny Brownlee.
Best Tip for newbies? Don’t place yourself in the middle of the swim start unless your prepared to get drowned!
Best and worst race moment? Best: Best moment would be for being selected to represent jersey in the Island Games. Worst: moment would be when I managed to get lost on and out and back bike course.
Favourite saying or motto that you live by? It has to be the definition of a triathlete. A person who doesn’t understand that one sport is hard enough.
Favourite place in Jersey? St Catharine’s. it caters for all of my triathlon needs.
Have you ever peed in a pool? Yes.
Any superstitions? Not really a superstition but I need make sure I have the bike course ingrained in my mind otherwise i will get lost.
You’ve split your Tri suit badly around the bum in T2. Pull out or carry on? Probably wouldn’t even notice that its ripped!
