Where: Sorel Go Kart Track, La Route du Nord. Please park at the gravel car park to the East of the Go Kart Track.

When: Every Thursday in April.

Who: Anyone 11 or above on 31 Dec 2019. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian present for the duration of the event.

Start Times: TS2 at 17:20, TS3 at 17:50, Seniors at 18:20. Briefing 10 minutes before start times.

Distances: A Run, Bike (draft legal) and Run with TS2 (11+): 0.8km/4.4km/0.8km, TS3 (13+): 1.6km/6.6km/0.8km and Seniors (15+): 1.6km/8.8km/1.6km.

Equipment Needed: Competitors require only a road worthy bike, a helmet and attire suitable for running and cycling. A small part of the run course is on a trail, please consider this when choosing your shoes. The event is draft legal, so neither TT bars nor disc wheels are allowed. Disk brakes are fine.
