Location: Ouaisne Beach Car Park or St Catherine’s Breakwater. There is limited parking at the Event, please car share or arrive by bike if possible.

Date: 1 (Ouaisne), 8 (St Catherine’s), 15 (Ouaisne), 22 August 2019 (St Catherine’s).

Start Time: Short: 18:00, Medium: 18:15, Long: 18:30.

Briefing Time: Short: 17:50, Medium: 18:05, Long: 18:20. (Register from 17:00).

Equipment needed: Competitors require only: Wetsuit (probably optional), brightly coloured swim hat, goggles and attire suitable for running. The races at Ouaisne are partly off road and so trail shoes are recommended. Wetsuits are likely to be optional. All entrants must wear a brightly coloured swim hat.

Distance: Short: 100m/1km, Medium: 300m/2km and Long: 750m/4km.
