Where: St Catherine’s Breakwater
Date: Thursday 7th, 14th and 21st August 2025 (28th August as reserve day)
Time: Race start 18:00 (short), 18:15 (medium) and 18:30 (long). Chip collection 17:30 until 18:00. Race briefings 5 minutes before each race start.
Equipment: Competitors are required to have a wetsuit (compulsory if water temperature below 14 degrees and for all children under 15 years), bright coloured swim cap and swim goggles and running shoes. SwimRun gear is also permitted – please see detailed race information.
Distances: Short 100m swim / 1km run (open to children aged 8 to 15 years inclusive). Medium 300m swim / 2km run (open to 11 years and above). Long 750m swim / 4km run (open to 15 years and above). Relay option available on the long course.
