Where: Les Platons Car Park – Parking is limited so please car share or ride if you can.

When: 10th Feb. Sign on from 6:45 for 7:20 briefing and 7:30 start.

Distance: 5K run, 18km bike (non drafting) , 2.5k run.

Registration: Register @ https://race-nation.co.uk/register/jersey-triathlon-club/ana-leaf-les-platons-duathlon  before 12:00 noon Saturday 9th Feb. £12 non members. £0 Members.

Who: Anyone 15 or above on 31st Dec 2019. Anyone under 18 on the day will need a parent or guardian at the event for the duration.

Equipment Needed: Roadworthy bike and helmet, suitable clothing. Tri bars, disk wheels and disk brakes allowed.
