What: Ana Leaf Corbiere Duathlon. 5k Run/20k Bike/2.5km Run (non-drafting)

When: Sunday 19 February 2017, 07:30 registration for 08:00 start (07:50 briefing)

Where:  Waterworks carpark (where the car boot sale is) just off Rue de la Corbiere

Who: Anyone aged 15 or over on 31 December 2017 (anyone under 18 on the day of the race will need a parent or guardian to attend)

Cost: £12 or £30 for the race series for non-members, free for members (discount code to be emailed to all registered members)

The Course: 


From Transition runners will turn right onto Rue de la Corbiere (M1+2), bearing left onto Sud Rd then turning left onto Route du Petit Port (M9?) and then right onto the Railway Walk (M3a).  Runners continue on the Railway Walk when they reach Rue de la Sergente they will cross the road (M4a) and continue along the Railway Walk, turning around a marker.  They will then return along the Railway Walk keeping right until they emerge back onto Rue de la Corbiere (M5).  Runners will return to the road by turning left onto Rue de la Corbiere and then proceeding into transition (M1).


Turn left out of transition (M1) down towards Petit Port (M5) up Mont du Petit Port and then left onto Rue de la Sergente (M4b+6), continue down through La Pulente along five mile road (Grande Route des Mielles) and dead turning before El Tico’s at the Sand Quarry (M7+8) to return back through La Pulente along Rue de la Sergente turning right onto Rte du Petit Port (M4b+6), left onto Sud Rd (M9?) and EITHER into transition across the field OR continuing along Rue de la Corbiere for a second lap.


Turn left out of transition (M1+2) then right on to the Railway Walk (M5).  Continue to the track leading right (M3b), turn here then continue straight, turn right onto Rue de la Corbiere and into transition (M1+2) to finish.
