Equipment: Competitors require only attire suitable for swimming, cycling and running. Bikes must be roadworthy and helmets must be worn. If the water temperature is below 14C, wetsuits will be compulsory. You must wear a brightly
coloured swim cap.

Distances: A 750m Swim, 22km Bike and 6km Run.
