Equipment: Competitors require only a road worthy bike, a helmet and attire suitable for running and cycling. The event is non-drafting, so TT bars and disc wheels are allowed.

Distances (km): Super Sprint: 2.5/7/2.5 Sprint: 5/21/2.5

NB the below maps describe the Sprint course.  The Super Sprint course is the same except: on the first run the Super Sprint is only one lap, not two.  On the bike leg the Super Sprint is only one lap, not three.  On the final run both Sprint and Super Sprint complete only one lap.
